I take the mysticism out of psychotherapy and counseling. My services include help with anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss.
My office is in Seattle, close to Wallingford, Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Greenlake, Fremont, Magnolia and Crown Hill.
When you contact me to set up an appointment, I will email you information that will set you up with a client portal. There you will find all of the information and forms you need. I am including them here also in case you want to look at them beforehand.
