I take the mysticism out of psychotherapy and counseling. My services include help with anger management, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, grief and loss.

My office is in Seattle, close to Wallingford, Ballard, Phinney Ridge, Greenwood, Greenlake, Fremont, Magnolia and Crown Hill.

Individuals: $185 per session. $225 for the first intake session. I sometimes have availability for a sliding scale fee, so please ask me if you would like to see if you qualify.

I am an in-network provider for BlueCross BlueShield, Premera, First Choice Health and LifeWise. If your insurance is not one of these, I can provide you with what’s called a “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company.
